3 Practical Ways to Live Out Mother Mary’s Heart This Month

Mother Mary’s heart was full of love, patience, and trust in God. She lived simply, yet her quiet strength changed the world. As mums, we can learn so much from her. Here are three simple ways to bring a little more of her heart into our everyday lives this month.

1. Start with a Morning Hail Mary

Before the kids wake up or while brushing your teeth, whisper a Hail Mary. It is a small moment of peace to ask for her prayer. Some mornings feel rushed, but even a quick prayer reminds us we are not alone.

2. Notice the Little Moments

Mary was present in the small, everyday things. She cooked, cleaned, and cared for Jesus. This month, try to notice those little acts of love you already do, like wiping hands, giving cuddles, or reading stories. These are holy too.

Try this: say “I’m doing this with love” when folding laundry or packing lunch. It helps turn chores into little prayers.

3. Love More in What You Already Do

Living like Mary does not mean doing more. It means loving more in what we already do. Her heart was open to God and to her family, and ours can be too, one small step at a time.

I’d love to hear how you are living out Mother Mary’s heart this month. Message me or tag @talesandteachings on Instagram so we can encourage each other.
